This qualification and training program will prepare you to work more independently and to operate in a supervisory or team leader role with confidence. It incorporates a range of key subjects that provide the foundations needed to effectively manage a team and workplace operations.

This course is designed to strengthen your business skills and project management knowledge, to support your career advancement.
Participants in this qualification will learn a range of core practical and theoretical skills across WH&S, communication, workplace strategies and more. There are two available study options for Force Fire staff to support your day-to-day work on the field, and in service & administration.
